How bidding works at Interpyro
Interpyro is an online auction platform where products are offered in cooperation with partners, while Interpyro acts as the selling party towards the buyer. Interpyro manages the platform, the bidding process and payment handling.
Create an account
To take part in auctions, you first need to create an account.
During registration you provide personal details that are used for payment, invoicing, verification and collecting products. Please make sure your details are correct.
Bidding
Once your account is active, you can place bids on ongoing auctions. When you enter a bid, the total price is shown automatically below the bidding field.
The total amount consists of: your bid excluding VAT, the applicable VAT, and the Interpyro buyer's commission of 4.99%.
Product information
Every auction clearly states the location where the product can be collected. Products can only be collected at the stated location. Shipping is not possible.
Placing a bid creates a payment obligation
By placing a bid, you agree to a payment obligation if you win the auction. If you are the highest bidder when the auction closes, you are required to complete the purchase.
Payment must be completed within 48 hours. If payment is not made in time, the purchase may be cancelled, your account may be blocked, the item may be re-auctioned, and any resulting damages may be recovered from you.
Notifications
You automatically receive email notifications when you are outbid, when you win an auction, and for payment reminders.

End of the auction
If a bid is placed within the final 30 seconds, the auction is automatically extended by 30 seconds.
Proof of pickup
After payment, the buyer can schedule a pickup time slot and receives an official proof of pickup.
No shipping
Interpyro does not offer shipping. All products must be collected at the stated location.

Valid ID
A valid form of identification may be required when collecting.
Fireworks and legal compliance
Fireworks are subject to strict statutory regulations. Sale and collection are only permitted during legally permitted periods. Category F2 fireworks are only available to persons aged 18 or older.
After collection, the buyer is fully responsible for possession, transport, storage, use and compliance with applicable legislation. If products are taken to another country, this is done entirely at the buyer's own risk and responsibility.
