Article 1 – Definitions

User Account: Personal access with username and password
Pickup: Time of physical collection of goods from the seller
Bid: Binding offer from a user
Buyer: Highest bidder awarded the item
Platform: InterPyro
Seller: Merchant offering products
Auction: Online sales procedure

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms apply to all users of the platform. By participating in an auction, the user agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Article 3 – Registration

Use of the platform requires registration. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Article 4 – Auction Procedure

InterPyro reserves the right to modify or terminate auctions at any time. All bids are binding. The seller determines the final acceptance.

All products are sold in their current condition.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment must be completed within 48 hours after winning an auction. Payments are processed via approved payment providers.

In case of non-payment, the transaction may be cancelled.

Article 6 – Pickup & Risk

Pickup takes place exclusively at the seller’s location. After transfer, the risk passes to the buyer.

Storage costs may be charged in case of delayed collection.

Article 7 – Liability

InterPyro is not liable for product condition, delays, or actions of sellers. Liability only applies in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Article 8 – Role of the Platform

InterPyro acts solely as an intermediary. The purchase agreement is concluded directly between buyer and seller. The platform is not a contractual party.

Article 9 – Legal Compliance

Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including any required permits, product restrictions, and age verification.

Buyers are responsible for complying with all applicable legal requirements related to their purchase.

Article 10 – Business Sellers

Sellers must comply with consumer protection laws, provide accurate product information, and properly handle complaints or disputes.

Article 11 – Privacy

The website’s privacy policy applies to all use of the platform.

Article 12 – Force Majeure

InterPyro is not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or governmental measures.

Article 13 – Misuse

In cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms, InterPyro reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts.

Article 14 – Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Germany.
